Maura Fay was a pioneer in film and television, and in 1990, had the foresight to create the Maura Fay Group and make the connection between the skills of an actor with the communication skills necessary to succeed in a corporate world. The 'actor factor' as it was known then is still deeply embedded in our DNA.
We have a 25-year+ proven track record of partnering with clients across all industries (and in 30 countries), delivering learning solutions to CEOs and senior executives through to individual contributors.
Our facilitators are the best in the world. With over 10 years' experience in facilitation, they’re all able to engage and inspire an audience whilst also balancing the commercial needs of the brief.
It’s easy to fall into the trap of learning ‘consumption’, ticking the box on as many topics as possible. For us, it’s about inviting learners in to co-create the event together, bringing depth and a richness to the learning experience.
We are lucky at Maura Fay Learning. You wouldn’t find a more passionate, authentic and friendly bunch of people who care about making a difference to the lives of our learners and to the performance of our clients.
Our solutions create long-lasting change. Individuals regularly tell us… “your work has had more of an impact on my career than any other learning solution.” Our workshops have been described as a "life changing experience."
Whether it’s the initial needs analysis, selling-in the solution to the audience, co-ordinating all program logistics or whatever is required, we’re able to provide the right resources to create a seamless end-to-end experience.
What clients don’t always realise with us is that we usually have an army of people behind the scenes, contributing their ideas along the way. This collegiate approach always brings about a better result.
To deliver world-class learning and development that makes a real difference to people and organisations.
To be the preferred learning partner on a global scale.
We're able to sense the current and future needs of our customers (and our industry), adapt quickly and go big.
We're a curious group built on the principles of respect, authenticity, ethics and relationships.
We wear our quality reputation as a badge of honour; our solutions are simple, relevant, effective and enduring.
We share a passion for making a real difference; we like to have fun and stay balanced as a team.
