Maura Fay was a pioneer in film and television, and in 1990, had the foresight to create the Maura Fay Group and make the connection between the skills of an actor with the communication skills necessary to succeed in a corporate world. The 'actor factor' as it was known then is still deeply embedded in our DNA.
