The 'actor factor' as it was known then is still deeply embedded in our DNA.

Michael brings a wealth of experience in L&D/OD and change management.
Michael joined Maura Fay Learning in 2016 as General Manager. Prior to this, Michael was Head of Global Learning at the Cotton On Group and before that, CEO and founder of PPC, a global learning and development consultancy.
During his career, Michael has worked with some of the world’s best brands and people on large scale transformational projects.
Now at Maura Fay Learning, Michael is responsible for creating and implementing a vision that connects with customers and inspires the team.
Andrew brings over 10 years in senior roles in Learning and Development in the UK and Australia to Maura Fay Learning.
Andrew joined Maura Fay Learning in 2016, and in his role as Head of Marketing is focussed on building brand awareness of Maura Fay Learning in both domestic and international markets.
Andrew’s approach to marketing blends cutting edge technological approaches with traditional marketing practices to build engagement and support our ambitious growth targets.
Working at Maura Fay Learning allows Andrew to put his background in Fine Art and Photography and passion for communication to use building engaging brand and marketing campaigns.
Lisa is our resident guru in all things learning.
Her expertise in training delivery and instructional design has been developed over many years through a variety of L&D projects, including end-to-end learning solutions, corporate and vocational learning, via blended, face-to-face and technology platforms.
Her approach to learning is client-focussed, active participation learning, and facilitation based, underpinned with a deep understanding of adult learning and the psychology of motivation and engagement.
Lisa joined Maura Fay Learning in 2014. When Lisa isn’t knee-deep designing tailored learning solutions for our clients, she’s creating new ideas for the learning industry.
